About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist at Munu, you’ll play a key role in shaping our customers’ first experience with the Munu Cloud Portal. You are part project manager, part consultant, and part tech guide — responsible for making sure our customers are set up for success from day one.
You’ll take ownership of the full onboarding process, from onboarding to training to quality assurance. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to make sure every implementation is smooth, comprehensive, and tailored to the operational needs of each business.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends technical savvy, project leadership, and a deep customer focus.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
Own the Onboarding Experience
Take over customer relationships from the sales team and lead onboarding, setup, and configuration to ensure every new client hits the ground running.
Train with Precision
Deliver hands-on training — both online and in-person — to give customers the knowledge and confidence to use the Munu platform to its fullest.
Ensure Quality
Run rigorous testing and quality assurance to validate all hardware and software integrations — from payment processing and receipt printing to data reporting.
Drive Project Success
Manage project timelines and resources, coordinate with internal teams, and troubleshoot issues quickly and thoroughly to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction.
Be the Face of Munu
Build strong relationships through every interaction — on the phone, online, and onsite. Your reliability, knowledge, and demeanor represent who we are.
Use the Tools
Work skillfully across our digital stack — including the MCP, CRM, Notion, TeamViewer — to keep project info current, track activities, and share knowledge.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
Have experience in project management, onboarding, or technical delivery — ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment
Are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
Are comfortable working independently, traveling regularly, and adapting to dynamic environments
Have experience using tools like CRMs, remote support tools, and internal wikis
Speak Norwegian and English fluently; fluency in additional Nordic languages is a plus

Customers rate the installation experience highly and are up and running fast
Projects are delivered efficiently and with minimal error
Opportunities for upselling are identified and acted on
